Oxfam are looking for passionate and positive individuals, to become professional fundraisers to engage with members of the public.

The role:

We are recruiting for fundraisers to engage with people in the high street and private sites in and around Glasgow and festivals and events within the UK, to inspire people to join and donate to Oxfam through regular donations on their in-house team.

You don't need experience for this role. However, if you have customer service and sales experience then you already have the transferable skills to become a paid charity fundraiser!

This is only the start however, if fundraising is your passion, you can start our management training and begin your fundraising career.

The Candidate

About you:

  • Passionate about social justice and love talking and listening to people.
  • Be outgoing, energetic and have a confident demeanour.
  • Hold a passion for activism and Oxfam.
  • Have a good level of spoken English.
  • Applicants over 18 years old.
